We had a wonderful May and June here in Cannes, La Croisette with its Palais des festivals where gather la creme de la creme des artistes from all over the world, this year Michael Douglas and Oliver Stone were the masters of ceremonies, not only on stage distributing awards and Cesars, but throwing parties nightly, big, immense, with glamor and a touch of international level class.

They went to the local TV talk shows to remind us that culture and art are a border-less community, true artists, care one ID only, the same for all, one that says "Citoyen du monde" that is, World's citizen. Because if you come here with your yank Vietnam era culture and mentality, better stay home lol! This place is not for you... You are good only to join the Cagayan de Oro community!...

Above is the Carlton hotel in Cannes, where the stars staying during the festival. That's where Mike Belter - the unlimited finance guy - stayed when he visited me.

So, who cares about the sexpats in the Philippines? No one except Mike Farrell. Yes, Mike Farrell again. He wrote me to remind me that I am late in updating the site and he seems very concerned of what happened to me. It is true that the CdeO Yahoo expat group is going from bad to worse lately, many are pissed off wasting their time reading about rat feces in the coffee beans that was going on for days. Welcome to my Wall of Shame Chris! I hope you will be grateful for approving your request to be introduced on this blog, hopefully helping you sell some "books" and porn video, even though it will be hard to find people willing to put their credit card on line, but that's another topic that will be later with the next update.

To my knowledge, he (Bennetts) has never lived in CdeO, but he's using the sexpat community there to open a new battlefield against me in retaliation to the exposure that promoted him to the most cruel pornographer pedophile the Philippines ever knew. But everything he's publishing is anonymous, with the exception of 3-4 posters all on my well documented wall of shame which is understandable what's the reason behind their madness. But, poor guys, they can't find dirt on me, so they limit the "discoveries" to unfounded and undocumented hearsays "bombshells"

I wasn't planning to waste my time responding or rebut their crap because:

1. Those who know me, they know I am a perfectly healthy person, never had hepatitis C or whatever and the only meds I was taking is to slow down the blood pressure, something that I obtained without for the last 14 months, by paying attention on my weight ( Lost 17 kilos and keep counting) taking healthy meals, - hey folks, we are in France! - plus a daily intensive exercise, something difficult to apply in the PI due to the humid climate, questionable quality food that send me twice in the hospital with severe food poisoning.

And that's the problem Chris Bennetts has. Am I an expat basher? unmasking the indecent sexpats (and some criminals) in CdeO and elsewhere in the Philippines?

Probably yes. But why they blame the exposure to me for that? They -CDO sexpats - are exposing one another among them, others do self exposing proud to be seen on the web. Does this remind you the heroes? I'm sure it does..They do it through discussion forums and blogs, just for the heck of impressing the gallery, be a friend, a girl friend, a boy friend, or for a lucrative purpose. This, is the main source of information the authors of this blog are using: Their statements, their blogs and web sites,their photos, official government publications. Here is an example. The photo above is taken from the CdeO expat yahoo group. Click here to see the original. That's all the guy (her husband) who put the picture on the group's album had to show us about his wife? That's all his wife worth? Well, "Gary Martin" that's not second hand! Is the husband!...How old is she? And the husband?....

Is CDO the only place that this kind of foreigners flocking together? Not really. Manila, Cebu and to a certain extend Davao are ahead. So? why I am taking on CDO? Because no other expat community in the Philippines provinces have united so many dumb, drunkards, pimps, sexpats of the third type, like those Filipinos are making fun of them with comments about their forums like:

"designed (the forum) primarily for the middle aged, Viet Nam War era overweight, white guy who is divorced from a middle aged, overweight, bitchy, white wife and has found, or hopes to find a hot and hungry Filipina! And then, to spend his days on some “paradise island” …I call this type of guy, a “Moby Dick” (great white whale). Those who live close or know people living close, real insiders, have even more for us, the best source of comments and information being the now defunct Texkano forum. Justin Arledge, me Evan Iliadis and Jerry Olson, 3 of us were facing an armada of angry sickos in that group just for being in disagreement with their extreme views and beliefs.

Justin, not only has been the most aggressive against the sickos, he did it with a class and style as you'll find very few in the boards having the writing skills, talent AND the guts to do it. A true American, like most of my US friends I have here in Sophia Antipolis (Europe's Silicon Valley) where I live. Here is what he wrote in Gordy's group with the compliments of Texkano and others. Reader, please, forgive the profane language you are about to read, but in this kind of forum it was almost...mandatory(sic!) to use, otherwise you wouldn't blend with the ambiance as it was established by the owner Gordon Elletson aka Texkano. As you'll never blend with the CDO expat group if you don't bring your wife to Spooks Valentines day for a show on the same stage where Spooks girls" are "performing"... like Gordon Elletson's wife on the photo left and many others members of Daisy's Cline Philanthropic group have done.

In this article, Herbie has reported several comments made in the forums about whorehouses and pimps in CDO but left out the most notorious and cruel, Mike Mountstephen aka Spooks owner of the whorehouse Spooks.

I won't join speculators and rumors about the reasons Herbie Gomez spared this brothel. To me, is because Mike spooks joined the forum where Herbie read the comments in 2010, Herbie wrote his blog in 2009, so he couldn't have seen Spooks comments and saga as I reported later here

No worries folks, justice has been served. This flamboyant pimp is now living on low profile mode. He left the day to day operations of the brothel to his mamasang pretending that he's no longer the owner waiting for better days to resurface again. It won't happen folks. Unless over my body. But let's comment on what I just said a few sentences above about isolation and/or retaliation of those that if they are not with them are against them.

Folks, as usual, the answer lies in the photos posted by the sexpats on their Yahoo group. Take a look on the photos above and below, all taken at spooks brothel and posted on the Yahoo group by their husbands- actually the majority are BF/GF, not married couples. Take a look on the photo below. That's what Brad is talking about..

What's wrong with this picture? He (Brad) and his wife, just didn't want she to be exposed on a Yahoo group album at Spooks together with these girls. No one wants, not even the Cinderellas you see there. A Rotary Governor's comments. Shame on him

People think, being a District Rotary Governor is a big deal. Some one important. This writer, a former Rotarian, tell you isn't so. Is just Mr. every one, some one that spends some time of his life doing community service for the purpose of helping others and at the same time helping himself as well.

Rotarians, in their majority are businessmen as I always was, The Rotary is known more as a social business relations club than a philanthropic org, where members join to show they are part of the "elite" , especially in the Philippines and the rest of the third world where the clubs are receiving far more than they contribute.

So being part is considered politically correct, helps build a positive image, be seen in various Rotary publications, some times read their name in the local press, are thanked for some rice and sardines distribution to indigenous population and schools, some free medications and school supplies. Folks, this is part of the marketing. At the end of the day the Rotarian is the one who benefit more than the recipients.
He got attention that brought some business and deals since he successfully built the reputation of giving back to the community a fraction of his profit. As for Rotary's flag project THE POLIO ERADICATION PROJECT the org is trumpeting for years now, be informed that they contributed to just a fraction of what Governments and other real Philanthropist like Stan Brock from the REMOTE AREA MEDICAL ORGANIZATION
have done.

Bill Gates has recently offered the Rotary Foundation $200 millions for the project , peanuts comparing to the harm his investments have caused to people's health in poor countries.Click to see it.

Now, you may wonder why a Rotary story is uploaded on this blog while all of you know that I have another site dedicated to this organization where I proudly served for 5 years?
Is because of a posting made by the Governor of the Rotary District 3860 that covers the Visayas and part of Mindanao Rotary Clubs. Please, click here to see the original thread with Governor's posting.

In his statement, the District governor made on a Yahoo discussion forum where the main animators are foreigners sexpats, is unusual. Even more unusual is the content of such posting that no one familiar with the Rotary would expect to read it there, even worst, the Governor's signed posting appears just below the name of a notorious pimp main actor of this Yahoo board created for providing information to future expats in this town, but in reality is a facade of SPOOKS brothel designed by a foreigner to lure foreigners to his place. This is Mike Mounstephen owner of the SPOOKS brothel in Cagayan De Oro.

But after self interrogation on the motives that prompted the Governor to chose this place to comment the way he did, I concluded that no other place will welcome such a garbage thrown by a Governor against decent Rotarians put on trial in Bohol by a couple of crooks former members of the Rotary Club of Tagbilaran.

in effect, the Governor didn't say anything that infuriated me personally , provided that I am not expecting flowers from him after my stance and comments on his district and his remark that my opinions and writings do not necessary reflects the Rotary International and his district stand is an opinion that I fully respect and have never commented on. But what outrages me is that the Governor chose to discuss the case "in person" with these low life members of this board, including Rotarian Mike Farrell, a notorious drunkard and dangerous when under the influence. Governor, anyone familiar with the case in Bohol will agree with me that your statement "the squabble between the Rotary Club of Tagbilaran and the VAP group, which has reached the courts incidentally should be treated as a personal matter between the parties involved" is pure trash, is the statement of an incompetent governor lacking the skills and leadership, an irresponsible Rotarian that chose a place where the intellectual capacity of the members of this group to comprehend what this case is all about. Take a look on pimp's Spooks comment just above yours. He doesn't have a clue of what you are talking about and wants the transcripts of the court!! As for the member of this group, Jerry Lynch "who wants to open a Rotary club"(Sic) he thinks that one can open a club like you open a sari-sari store!.. Or a Spooks bar!. He will soon be on this wall of shame and you'll know everything about his affiliation with the ECLEO group and more.

Governor, the ignorant you are addressing on this forum can buy anything they don't understand. But this won't be true for 10 thousands readers, Rotarians and none, around the world about to read your assertion that the trial going on in Bohol is a personal matter. Shame on you governor!.

The truth is that you, your predecessors Pavlito Padilla and Yumi Espina together with some foreigners Rotarians-terrorists. all former governors like you, including one representing the Rotary in the UN, have sacrificed the honor and integrity of a brilliant President and her husband, Prominent citizens on best standing in the community, who did the dirty job to kick out of the club the crooks, something it was your job. Today, you are adding insult to the injury by going to this forum where many of them are good friends of Chris Bennetts , this other Rotarian of your district that made history as a pornographer and women and children abuser.

A little break...

Readers, no, is not over. The team of Sexpats wall of shame has completed several updates on other indecent sexpats living within the community in Cagayan De Oro.

We will tell you who sexpat Mike Belter is that me and my sons were waiting for his visit here in France but no where to be seen, we even checked the port of Cannes where the most luxury yachts in the world are docked this time of the year hoping the "unlimited finances available" guy might flock. Nothing!.. Then, we extended our search to Monaco, an hour driving from here. Nothing!.. Promises Promises Mike...

Anyway, just in case he got lost, and if you see him, please let us know, I'll be happy to send him directions to find the place. Here is how he looks, you can't miss the guy.

We will tell you also about Tom Mcallaster who has never lived in Cagayan De Oro but he's more royalist than the king is, wondering why he's so active with this group. Is he a Sexpat? Sure he was, but thanks to his wife of third his age but thrice his brain, way more decent, intelligent and responsible than him convinced him to move to the US. Same for Evangeline with her husband, my good friend Jack that she declared an all out war on him to leave the Phils sick and tired seeing him on the beer exchange places day in day out. We will tell you how they did it. Because these girls have nothing to do with Daisy's Cline chicks you see all over the internet on pictures taken either by Gordon Elletson or their husbands and boy friends and posted by them on their yahoo groups.

Back to Mike Belter, he is Mountstephen's, aka Spooks, owner of "Spooks whorehouse" in Cagayan de Oro best friend, about 35 but blends well with the ole farts most members of this group are. Of course, you don't have to be an ole fart to smell like an ole fart. All it takes is a Mike Belter look!...

Tom McAlaster was living in Tagbilaran Bohol where the purpose of his migration there was to get married with Myriam and live as an expat. He was 60 she 20. I sponsored him to join the Rotary Club of Tagbilaran, introduced him AND convinced the heads of the VILLAGE AIDE PROGRAM to take over the humanitarian programs I was in charge before my departure to France. He's now living in the US, with no hope whatsoever to comeback to the Phils other than a short visit. So why he got involved with this group in Cagayan De Oro?

Additionally, it is a bit cheaper than the Philippines, especially regarding food, and alcohol, if you partake.
